Regulatory compliance
Pearl Swap is a noncustodial bridge between native PRL on the Pearl network and PRL on the Hyperliquid network. It is maintained by independent guardians that collectively authorise transfers through a multi-party consensus mechanism: coins in escrow move only when a threshold of guardians each sign. Each guardian may independently apply compliance screening and decline to participate in reaching consensus on transactions that do not meet its standards.
Deep Nacre operates one of those guardians. Deep Nacre is committed to adhering to all relevant regulatory standards and compliance requirements, ensuring the integrity and legality of its operations. In its capacity as a guardian, Deep Nacre screens the addresses involved in the transactions presented to it and will not propose or participate in reaching consensus on transactions involving addresses that do not pass its screening checks, which include addresses identified on the U.S. OFAC Specially Designated Nationals (SDN) List and other applicable sanctions lists. Each guardian on the network operates independently and may apply its own compliance standards.
Deep Nacre does not operate a user-facing interface for Pearl Swap and makes no representations about the sites or platforms through which the bridge is accessed.
Users should understand that Pearl Swap is not a “mixer”. It does not obfuscate the flow of assets moving between Pearl and Hyperliquid. Deep Nacre maintains records of the transactions its guardian observes and signs. These records may be disclosed to law enforcement agencies in response to subpoenas or other valid legal process.
Deep Nacre collects minimal data. This website sets no cookies and loads no analytics or third-party services. Any limited data handled in the course of operating the guardian is managed with appropriate privacy and security measures, in accordance with applicable data protection standards. Deep Nacre reviews its practices periodically to keep them aligned with the evolving regulatory landscape.
